StoreHarvest – Copy Product (“the App”) provides a service (“the Service”) that allows Shopify merchants to copy or import products from other Shopify stores directly into their own store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you install or use our App.

When you install StoreHarvest, the App automatically accesses certain information from your Shopify account through Shopify’s secure APIs. This includes:
- Product data (read_products, write_products) – used to read product details and create or update products during the copy or import process.
- Store information – basic details needed to identify your shop and provide the service properly.
We do not collect any personal data independently from Shopify, nor do we use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies.
2. How We Use the Information
We use the accessed data only to:
- Provide and operate the App’s main features.
- Maintain and improve app functionality and performance.
- Ensure accurate data transfer and prevent errors.
- Offer limited support or troubleshooting when needed.
We do not use your information for analytics, marketing, or advertising purposes.
3. Data Retention
We keep minimal technical logs (such as API usage or error reports) for up to 30 days to monitor performance and assist with support.
No product or merchant data is permanently stored. When you uninstall the app, all data associated with your account is automatically deleted from our systems within this period.

We never sell or rent your information.
We only share limited data if required by law, such as responding to legal requests, subpoenas, or government orders, or to protect our rights.
